This repository moved from Groupthink-dev/stallari-plugins on 2026-10-02 (Track B Tier 2 batch 4). The GitHub copy is a read-only push mirror and .github/workflows/validate.yml no longer runs for pull requests on the authoritative repo.

Plane

Linux, meridian Woodpecker site runners (estate=meridian, lane=linux), node image at the estate pin set by Stallari/mcp-helpers-ts.

Ask

Port validate.yml to .woodpecker/validation.yaml (standard shape): npm ci, forge context, pack manifests, security scan, script tests, strict catalog build. Carrier: PR #42, first PR run green on Woodpecker repo 16 pipeline 1.
Retire the catalog-updated repository dispatch to stallari-registry-infra: it had no consumer.
PR pack validation and the security comment now come from the registry worker Forgejo webhook (registry-infra #52, deployed), not from this lane.

Gate

Three green push runs and three green pull-request runs, then flip branch protection on main to enable_status_check:true with context ci/woodpecker/pr/validation. Until then main is protected with no status check and merges are operator acts.

Buildkite lanes stallari-packs-validate and stallari-packs-publish-tarballs still check out the GitHub mirror until their Woodpecker units land (infra/iac #721 section C).
