Since 2026-09-30 the authoritative repository is https://git.groupthink.asia/Stallari/vault (Track B Tier 1, order 3); the GitHub copy is a read-only push mirror. Docs-class change to the catalog entry. Note the Stallari org on Forgejo is not anonymously readable yet, so a public catalog link to it does not resolve for an unauthenticated reader until the org visibility changes; sequence behind that operator act or keep the GitHub mirror URL as the public link with a note.
